Growth Begins with a Small Step
I first got to know Hazirah Jalil in 2022 through a colleague’s referral. Initially, I thought an upline’s role was simply to provide support whenever I faced difficulties in the business. However, her approach was completely different. She consistently encouraged me to develop a growth mindset, step out of my comfort zone, and believe that small actions, taken consistently, can lead to significant results. One lesson she often emphasised was that a small step is always better than no step at all.
Throughout my Public Gold journey, she guided me to identify my “big why” and understand the key activities that drive long-term success. More importantly, she taught me the value of consistency. Whenever challenges arose, she reminded me that if you cannot run, walk; if you cannot walk, take small steps; but never stop moving forward. That mindset changed everything. From 2022 to 2024, I only managed to build a customer base of around 300 customers. Once I embraced growth and consistency, that number grew exponentially to over 1,000 customers.
I believe Beyond Gold is a book for anyone who wants to build a business, not just in gold but in life. It teaches the power of growth, persistence, and taking action. If you want to go somewhere, you must start somewhere and this book will inspire you to take that first step.

In 2024, I started my gold saving journey and during the same year, I became a Public Gold dealer. Since then, I have followed her example in sharing knowledge about gold savings with the community, helping more people build long-term financial stability. Under her guidance and mentorship, I have not only gained valuable knowledge and experience, but have also achieved several milestones in my journey as a Public Gold dealer. I am truly grateful to have been given the opportunity to learn from a leader who is knowledgeable, dedicated, humble and deeply committed to guiding both Gold Savers and fellow dealers under her leadership.

From One Gram to Bigger Dreams
My gold saving journey began in 2019 when I purchased my first 1 gram gold bar from Puan Hazirah Jalil. At the time, she introduced me to the benefits of saving in gold and how it can help preserve wealth for the future.
Initially, I was hesitant because I had previously been scammed and lost thousands of dollars. Trust did not come easily, so I took the time to do my own research about Public Gold before making any commitment.
Alhamdulillah, during the COVID-19 pandemic, I finally decided to start saving seriously with Public Gold. With Puan Hazirah’s guidance, I began my journey by purchasing 5 pieces of 1 Dinar coins. Soon after, I was offered the opportunity to become a Public Gold Dealer.
Although I only became active as a Dealer a year later, Puan Hazirah has continuously guided, encouraged and supported me throughout my journey. Whenever I faced challenges or felt discouraged, she never failed to motivate me and help me move forward.
Today, I am grateful for how far I have come. What started with just 1 gram of gold has grown into a journey of personal growth, financial awareness and bigger aspirations. I continue striving towards my goal of achieving Founder Master Dealer (FMD), inspired by the unwavering support of a mentor who has always believed in me.
